Meet Joseph Scott

Joseph Scott is the Chief Financial Officer at InnovaFlex Foundry. He has over two decades of experience in Corporate Finance, encompassing global finance management, accounting, procurement, and treasury operations. His work has covered a diverse range of firms from startups to established entities, both private and public. His expertise spans various industries, including manufacturing, aerospace and defense, technology, financial services, and government.

Joseph holds a BA in Quantitative Economics and an MBA in Finance and Organizational Management. With a strong strategic background, Joseph has navigated Series funding rounds (A-C) to IPOs, secondary offerings, debt and equity transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, and ERP implementation and integration. He excels in optimizing capital structures and holds extensive knowledge and experience in economic and business development, capital markets, SEC Reporting, GAAP/IFRS Reporting, FP&A, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Financial Accounting. His experience extends to government and defense contracting, municipal services, and bond/debt issuance.

Joseph is a proficient leader who has designed, constructed, and managed FX and debt hedging programs for both private and publicly traded companies, including interest rate swaps, caps, and collars. He has a background in regulatory compliance and investment management having held FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. As a multilingual and motivational leader, he effortlessly engages with individuals at all organizational levels, from City Council to executive leadership and boards.
